Adjust estimate

This page allows you to modify the estimates that are automatically calculated. This might be necessary, for example, where certain data from SITS is not available.

To change the estimated number of student for a particular combination of cohort and subject group, hover over the relevant number with your mouse and click the up and down arrows. The arrows are only visible when you do this - the example below shows how the arrows appear:

If a manual adjustment has been made, a history icon will be displayed next to the relevant number as show below:

Clicking the icon will show details of the change.

Clicking Done will take you back to the list of existing estimates.

Note

The estimate values are used by Heads of Subject to allocate work to academic staff. Please ensure that you are aware of the effects of modifying an estimate.
