Cohort member dates

Important dates

Default values are set when the cohort member record is first created. This page allows you to override the defaults for this particular student.

To change the start or end trimesters, select from the drop-down lists.

To change the submission date or time you can enter the new values into the fields directly. Alternatively you can click on calendar_today for a date picker and schedule for a time picker.

To indicate that the student has explicitly confirmed the submission date and time, you can update the status by using the drop-down list.

Clicking Next will take you to the next step in the process of defining a new cohort member.

Clicking Cancel will take you back without saving. Please note that the student has already been added to the cohort. If that was an error, you must delete them from the list of cohort members.
